Privacy Notice
Minimal collection. Public chains.
Addy does not require a user account. Its public launch directory stores verified blockchain records and token profiles. Infrastructure providers, launch platforms, metadata storage, and Solana also process information.
Effective September 7, 2026
Token metadata, images, wallet addresses, and transactions may become public and effectively permanent. Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in token materials.
1. Scope and controller
This Notice explains how information is processed through the Addy website and launcher. Addy does not require an account, email address, or real-name profile. It does not govern Pump, Stonkfun, Raydium, Solana, wallet providers, RPC providers, IPFS gateways, or other third parties, which publish their own privacy notices.
Accountless does not mean anonymous. Public wallet activity, submitted token materials, and infrastructure logs may identify you or be linked to other information.
2. Information processed
- Wallet and blockchain information. Your public wallet address, selected fee-recipient addresses, balance requests, mint address, transaction data, signatures, and public on-chain activity. Addy does not request or store your seed phrase or wallet private key.
- Wallet profile. When you open your profile, Addy reads the connected public wallet’s token balances and creator-fee vaults through Solana RPC, and matches them to its launch directory. No email, real name, message signature, or new user account is required. Profile balances are not saved to the directory or browser storage. Wallet addresses and requests may still appear in providers’ operational logs.
- Token materials. The name, symbol, description, image, and optional social or website links that you choose to submit for upload.
- Public launch directory. Confirmed mint addresses, creation signatures, public creator addresses, token names, symbols, descriptions, images, quote tokens, and launch times are retained to display and verify listings. These records are visible to other visitors. A listing is not an endorsement or proof of the creator’s identity.
- Device and request information. Hosting, security, and network providers may process IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, requested routes, error information, and similar technical logs.
- Local preference. Addy stores your light or dark theme choice in browser local storage on your device.
- Communications. If you contact Addy through a published channel, its maintainers may process the information you provide to answer and maintain a reasonable operational record.
3. How information is used
Information is processed to:
- provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the launcher;
- generate transaction requests, retrieve blockchain state, and display status;
- transmit token materials for the upload and launch you request;
- prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, prohibited activity, and service disruption;
- comply with law, enforce terms, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- respond to support, privacy, and security communications.
4. Where information goes
- Launch and metadata services. When you launch, Addy forwards your image and token fields to Pump’s metadata upload service. Resulting metadata may be stored on IPFS or another public content-addressed system. Stonkfun launching is currently unavailable. The Pump pair selector retrieves supported pairs, logos, market caps, and liquidity from Pump’s public feed through Addy’s server. Pair searches stay in your browser. Token logos load from external image hosts without sending the referring page address; those hosts may still receive your IP address.
- Solana and RPC providers. Public wallet, account, mint, transaction, simulation, and signature-status information is sent through Solana RPC infrastructure and may be recorded on the public blockchain.
- Launch submission. Current Pump launches send one signed transaction containing creation and fee sharing through Addy’s Solana RPC relay. Some launches first require a separately approved address-table setup. Earlier releases used Jito’s bundle service; that launch option is no longer offered. Providers involved in a submission may retain network and request information under their own policies.
- Discovery data. Addy uses its registered launch directory and requests market data from Dexscreener. Token images may be loaded from third-party hosts, which can receive your IP address. Image requests suppress the referring page address. Search text filters the loaded listings in your browser and is not sent to those market-data providers.
- Wallet software. Your wallet provider processes connection and signature requests under its own terms.
- Hosting and security providers. Infrastructure providers process requests and logs to deliver and protect the service.
- Legal and safety disclosures. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer.
Addy does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use third-party advertising trackers.
Review Pump’s separate Privacy Notice for its processing practices.
5. Cookies, local storage, and tracking
Addy does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. It uses browser local storage for your theme preference, selected wallet type (to restore wallet-approved access after a refresh), public address-table settings, and setup recovery records. Recovery records can contain public wallet and mint addresses, transaction signatures, and blockhashes; they do not contain wallet or mint private keys. Disconnecting clears the remembered wallet selection. Hosting or security providers may use strictly necessary storage or cookies to deliver and protect the site.
Because Addy does not currently track activity over time across unrelated websites for advertising, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change Addy’s behavior. If tracking practices change, this Notice and any required consent controls must be updated first.
6. Retention and public records
Addy does not maintain user accounts. Its launch directory retains public token and creation records while they are used for discovery. Form data and generated mint secrets remain in volatile browser memory until the page is closed, reloaded, reset, or the browser reclaims memory. The server processes upload and RPC requests in transit. Mint secrets and wallet private keys are never stored in the launch directory.
Infrastructure and third-party providers may retain security or operational logs under their own policies. Public blockchain and IPFS records may be retained indefinitely and cannot necessarily be corrected or deleted by Addy.
7. Legal bases and international transfers
Where a legal basis is required, Addy processes information as needed to provide the service you request, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, and, where applicable, based on consent. Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or appeal a denied request. You may also complain to a privacy regulator. Addy will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
These rights generally cannot require Addy to alter public blockchain or content-addressed records that it does not control. Because Addy has no real-name profiles, it may be unable to link a public wallet address to a particular person without additional verification.
9. Security
Addy uses measures such as same-origin request checks, input and file validation, request-size limits, restricted RPC methods, security headers, and client-side wallet signing. No system is perfectly secure, and Addy cannot guarantee that the service or third-party networks will never be compromised.
10. Children
Addy is not directed to children and may be used only by people who are at least 18 years old. Addy’s maintainers do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this Notice
This Notice may be updated when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when required, additional notice.
